About the Property Owners Association
Our 50th Year! Established December 17, 1976
The Association is dedicated to improving the quality of life in our mountain community by promoting a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all property owners. Our goal is to foster a strong sense of community and enhance the value of our homes and properties.

The Association is a Property Owner Deed Restricted private mountain community of 890+ acres on the South Face of the Blue Wall Escarpment of White Oak Mountain. From base to top we have 6+ miles of private association roadways, 3 small ponds, total 7+ acres of water, over 400 acres of green space and 96 homes. We are governed by the Covenants & Restrictions which are titled to the land.
